Birthday Wishes for Baby Jesus

As we spend time during this Advent season awaiting the birth of baby Jesus, Ellie has been planning a big birthday bash for Him. Ellie loves birthday parties and Jesus' is going to be a big one! Everyday the cake changes from pink, to black, to yellow, and blue. She also likes to carry baby Jesus from our Nativity scene around the house. The other day Jesus almost made it into the bathtub, and there are many times Jesus is found napping in Maggie's crib. I love the fact that Ellie is so excited about the birth of Jesus. Isn't this what Christmas is supposed to be about?

Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours! These pictures were taken at a pumpkin patch with very few pumpkins left. As you can see, Maggie was not excited about having her pictures taken with pumpkins.

 

Happy Birthday to our sweet Ellie. She turns three on Thanksgiving day. We are so thankful for our little turkey! More birthday pictures to come...

Our New Blog

"Ta-Dah," as Maggie would say. We decided to post a new blog with both of our growing girls. Many of you visited Ellie Kate's blog and Maggie's blog following their births. Milo started these, but they sort of got lost in the shuffle with our busy lives. So, here it is the new and improved blog. We hope you enjoy visiting our blog, and watching the everchanging lives of sweet Ellie and Maggie.
